ATO 25th Anniversary Competition - Terms and Conditions 

1. Eligibility:

• This competition is open to CATO members, travel agents, and travel industry professionals aged 18 years or older.
• Employees of CATO and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

2. Entry Requirements:

• To enter, participants must submit a photo, brochure cover, or other memorabilia representing land touring from the last 25 years.
• Submissions must be emailed to cato@cato.travel with the subject line "CATO 25th Anniversary Submission" by 11:59 PM AEDT on Thursday, 31 October 2024.
• Each participant may submit a maximum of three (3) entries.

3. Prize:

• The winner will receive one (1) ticket to the CATO Christmas Lunch on 5 December 2024 (valued at $180) and a $250 MasterCard gift card.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products/services.

4. Judging and Winner Notification:

• The winner will be selected by a panel of judges appointed by CATO based on the creativity, originality, and relevance of the submission.
• The winner will be notified via email by Friday, 15 November 2024.
• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, CATO reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

5. Intellectual Property:

• By entering the competition, participants grant CATO a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display their submissions in any promotional material, including but not limited to the video to be played at the CATO Christmas Lunch.
• Participants warrant that their submissions are original and do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

6. Privacy:

• Personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition and in accordance with CATO’s Privacy Policy.
• CATO may publish the winner’s name and entry in promotional material related to the competition.

7. Liability:

• CATO accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, or not received by the closing date.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, CATO will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the competition or the acceptance and use of the prize.

8. General Conditions:

• CATO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.
• By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

9. Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
