This shift reflects our commitment to coming together on equal footing to celebrate the incredible women in our industry while supporting a cause that inspires meaningful change.

As part of this refreshed approach, we’re thrilled to announce an inspiring new headline speaker, Noémie Fox, an Olympic gold medallist in canoe slalom who represents Australia on the world stage. Noémie’s story of perseverance, breaking barriers, and giving back to the community embodies the values of this event and its new direction.

We are delighted to announce Ashleigh Conwell as the event’s second speaker. Ashleigh, a compelling figure known for her resilience as a mother of triplets and a widow, will share her journey of empowerment.

Well known for her work in Flight Centre, Ashleigh is also the founder of Yellow Falcon and co-hosts the "Just Life & Lemons" podcast, both platforms where she inspires women to transform challenges into opportunities for growth.

Ashleigh and Noémie will be joined by our Master of Ceremonies, CATO Board Member Ingrid Berthelsen, Evolution Travel Collective.
